Ready for another Surf Session
We were all week keeping an eye on the reports and had one place in mind for the Sunday. Lucky enough the swell increased a bit and the winds stayed WNW. We pulled into Lahinch and it was about 2-3 foot winds were onshore and looked like hard work so we kept moving. When we arrived it was at low tide you could see the swell lines rolling in and there was a small wave hitting the slab but it was just a bit too shallow. We gave it about 45minutes to an hour and this made all the difference. After...

Surf Session by the Cliffs, Ireland
Recently a buddy of mine brought myself and two of my surf family to a new spot. This place was picturesque. When we arrived the winds were light and northerly which is perfect offshore for this spot. Yea the place was going off about shoulder to head high and had great shape. This was the first time that I was going to surf this place so there was an element of anticipation and fear of the unknown. We got suited up in no time. The scenery was amazing the cliffs that surrounded us were to a smaller...

Finished work at 4:30 on Tuesday the reports for Lahinch were saying 3-4ft.I was half way down and I got a call telling me to hurry that it was 4ft clean.I seem to have timed it perfect. The tide was fully in at 9 o clock I was in the water by 6 o clock. When I arrived the reefs were pumping Cornish was going off at about 4ft and was real glassy. It had serious shape and an easy channel back out. There was a great atmosphere in the water. On the next break over some guys were pulling into a few...

Surf on the West Coast of Ireland
Had a great day of surfing the West Coast. We took off down the west on Monday 12.04 We had been keeping an eye on the reports all week. There was a big swell to kick in in the afternoon. We started off in Doolin about 11 o clock and this place was on fire. We surfed Doolin point for about an hour and a half. It was just over head high and clean out back. There was a lot of water moving about on the inside and was tricky enough getting out at mid tide. Pulled into a few serious waves there was...

Morocco Surfing - Searching for the Perfect Wave
Took a trip to Morocco a few months back made it there after an emergency landing in Lisbon airport. Well you know that no surf trip goes off without something going wrong. Lucky that was the end of it. Landed in Agadir on the Sunday.Everything was so different. What a place. I travelled there alone. I brought two boards which travelled well not a ding or even a pressure dent. I was collected in the airport and travelled about 30-40 minutes north. The journey was a good chance to sit back and take...
